The Wave – Muscat, Oman
The Wave Muscat is the Sultanate of Oman’s first and now iconic Integrated Tourism Complex which provides foreign ownership of property. Located on a sweeping six kilometer ocean front site, it includes more than 4,000 properties, hotels, retail and dining precincts, a 400 berth marina and Greg Norman designed 18 hole PGA links course. Already home to over 3,000 people from 63 different nationalities, the project has become the lifestyle destination of Oman offering various residential options, including apartments, townhouses and villas in idyllic marina, parkland or beachfront precincts.

The next phase of the new masterplan will include an educational precinct, entertainment facility, marina, beach front and golf course hotel opportunities and expanded luxury residential offerings. Developed as a joint venture between the Government of Oman and UAE based Majid AL Futtaim, the Wave Muscat is a unique waterfront development that is creating platforms of opportunity within Oman by bridging people, businesses and culture.
