A milestone development that will help diversify the real estate sector of the Emirate of Sharjah; being the first fully integrated residential community, Al Zahia is one of the projects of Sharjah Holding, a strategic partnership between the Government of Sharjah and Majid Al Futtaim Properties.
Close to Sharjah International Airport, the project features 2400 residential units of various designs ranging from studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments; 3, 4 and 5 bedroom Villas and Townhouses and some commercial units.
