A milestone development that will help diversify the real estate sector of the Emirate of Sharjah; being the first fully integrated residential community, Al Zahia is one of the projects of Sharjah Holding, a strategic partnership between the Government of Sharjah and Majid Al Futtaim Properties.

Close to Sharjah International Airport, the project features 2400 residential units of various designs ranging from studios, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments; 3, 4 and 5 bedroom Villas and Townhouses and some commercial units.

Al Zahia offers a family-focused environment, over a site of one million square metres, creating a peaceful and secure setting with all the amenities expected from a modern development. This includes a community centre, retail space, parks, mosques and playgrounds. By bringing together international standards of living with Sharjah’s deep-rooted family and cultural values, Al Zahia community compromises of a cohesive well-rounded lifestyle environment. With phase 1 already completed and handed over to 49 homeowners, the upcoming new release of homes is underway, marking construction of another 277 units to be completed in 2016. The development will comprise of seven phases, with the remaining entire master plan to be completed by 2018.
