Kampus is a proverbial melting pot playing home to a collection of buildings each with its own unique style. The £150m joint venture project between Henry Boot Developments and Capital and Centric will comprise of over 500 new apartments, two hotels, bars, restaurants, cafés and offices.
Kampus includes distinctive Grade II listed buildings, and Little David Street, a lane with a big history which has been barricaded for decades.
Once complete, Kampus will effectively reclaim this connected heart of the city and grow a vibrant new community around a brand new urban waterfront destination. Embracing its heritage into a fresh, original space with a completely individual character.
