The project is located on the site of a revived royal garden dating back to Qin Dynasty. It is master planning for over 680,000m2 of habitable space. With the use of local construction techniques and materials, and the design concept of ‘an extended garden’ elevating the ground plane of greenery where all the vehicular circulation could be concealed underneath, the delivery of sustainability is paramount in the project. The project consists of 5 plots of virgin land around a man-made lake. The total GFA is 680,000m2 which includes residential apartments, retail, clubhouse, museum, schools and ancillary park facilities
