Pluit City is a 450 hectare master plan for two new islands created on reclaimed land off the north coast of Jakarta, Indonesia. The islands offer an affordable solution to providing for Jakarta’s growing population, whilst helping to deliver a sea defence to protect the city from sea level rise and severe storm surges which threatens millions of its residents.
The new community will be comprised of residential units for 75,000 residents, retail, and office developments in a range of densities and types. Residents will enjoy an exclusive sea-island lifestyle with convenient connections to Jakarta’s CBD and international airport.
