Donstroy presents “Serdtse Stolitsy” (The Heart of the Capital City) – a new development project to cover 14 hectares of former industrial district in Moscow Shelepihinskaya embarkment area. It is expected that the total constructed space will exceed 635 thousand square meters, including residential area, core infrastructure facilities, public places as well as a large park space and a promenade. A main goal of this project is to create a new comfortable urban environment in place of existing depressive production site. Don-Story Invest JSC plans to start the construction of this “city within the city” type of project in early 2014.
