A multi-purpose complex with diverse recreational and business utilisations such as a shopping mall, a supermarket, an office centre and a high class business hotel. The project is located along the main arterial road that leads from city centre to the international airport.
This area will be developed in the course of further planning by erecting residential and office buildings. A masterplan of this area has been compiled that is of great importance for
the Magnet project. The green belt situated along the Independence Road is now dedicated to the construction of a shopping centre, the Zomex Complex.
The Zomex Complex expresses itself by a very demonstrative shape and bright colour design, acting as a landmark building for the masterplan.
