Accor has entered into a long-term management agreement with Patero Development, one of the largest Russian development companies, to manage a hotel complex as part of a multi-functional centre to be constructed next to Kievsky Railway Station. Kievsky station connects to Vnukovo, Moscow’s third-largest airport. The 80,500-sq m project will also include 30,000 sq m of retail space.
The 200-room Novotel Kievskaya, 350-room ibis Kievskaya and 150-apartment Adagio Kievskaya will be just a stone’s throw from the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs as well as Moscow’s rapidly developing financial district, Moscow-City. The opening of these properties is scheduled for 2016.
