Sofitel Frankfurt Opera will have 150 rooms, a gastronomic restaurant, meeting rooms, a spa, a parking and shops. The hotel is part of multi-function complex with 10 000 sqm for the Sofitel and 20 000 sqm for offices, it is conceived for offices and living spaces of the finest quality. Cells Bau Gmbh, the promoter is a development company specialised in old building renovation (Leipzig, Munich) as well as in new construction. The building is situated in the middle of Frankfurt, directly next to the central business district, in one of the most beautiful part of the city. Traditional materials and stylistic elements are used and individually reinterpreted. The natural stone façade has been divided in keeping with the historical character but full length windows are used to allow generous views.The hotel is scheduled for 2017.
