The Joseph Bank Laboratory and Minster House project has seen the dramatic transformation of a landmark 1940s building known as Becor House (now called Joseph Banks Laboratory) and the adjacent Minster House to accommodate the Schools of Chemistry, Life Sciences and Pharmacy for the University of Lincoln.

It is the first phase of a major new Lincoln Science and Innovation Park (LSIP) which will see the comprehensive regeneration of disused land and buildings along Green Lane and Beevor Street, to the south of the campus. LSIP is a Joint venture partnership between Co-operative and University of Lincoln.
