Hermes Investment Management and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board
Regional joint venture (JV) at Wellington Place, Leeds
Hermes Investment Management and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) have committed to substantial inward investment through a partnership at Wellington Place, Leeds. The commercially-led mixed-use scheme has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of £185 million and reflects growing confidence in regional cities. The development is being managed by MEPC on behalf of the JV partners.
The regional partnership complements the London office set up between Hermes Investment Management and CPPIB in July 2013 and enables both parties to capitalise on the emerging UK regional market.
