Poleczki Business Park is Warsaw’s newest, vast multi-use development with an aggregate area of 210,000 m². The investment comprises a complex of low-rise modern buildings designed to provide one comprehensive solution at one location: combining office, retail, showroom, service, storage and logistic functions and at the same time offering all essential supporting conveniences. This concept makes Poleczki Business Park a one-of-a-kind development in Warsaw in that it accommodates all parts of the “business puzzle”.
The complex is close to the Warsaw Airport and adjacent to a motorway bypass which is currently under construction. The project – the largest of its kind in Poland – provides for the construction of 16 buildings in several construction phases.
To ensure a continuous increase in the quality of offered services, Poleczki Business Park has been certified LEED CS Gold. This certification is granted to institutions complying with the highest technical environmentally friendly standards.
The Poleczki Business Park is being realized under the terms of a 50:50 joint venture between UBM Realitätenentwicklung AG and the CA Immo New Europe project development fund.
