Located between the two primary arteries of Jakarta, the Mega Kuningan Development is a unique circular master plan defined by a public green space at its center. The Hundred at Mega Kuningan occupies one of the premier sites immediately adjacent to this epicenter. Although the program calls for two separate towers, the project takes a monolithic approach and combines the two towers at the base. This structural concept creates a single powerful iconic form. The 14m tall portal created by raising the podium will allow a visual connection to the public green space at the heart of the master plan.
