Morgan Parker joined Dubai Holding in April 2015 as Chief Operating Officer for Jumeirah Central. He oversees this US$20 billion landmark, game-changing city district envisioned to be Dubai’s first truly urban, mixed-use, transit orientated city-centre. During his 22-year career as a real estate developer, investor and banker Morgan has completed sixty-five projects in nine countries. As a senior executive with Morgan Stanley, Macquarie, Lend Lease, US-REIT Taubman Centers, and Rockefeller-owned Rose Rock, he has been involved in many iconic, multi-billion dollar deals encompassing retail, office, residential, hotel, industrial, tourism, convention, gaming, theme parks and golf.
