Morgan Parker joined Dubai Holding in April 2015 as Chief Operating Officer for Jumeirah Central. He oversees this US$20 billion landmark, game-changing city district envisioned to be Dubai’s first truly urban, mixed-use, transit orientated city-centre. The district will reflect the principles of the most the world’s vibrant urban environments and comprise 4.2 million m2 of the most valuable office, retail, hospitality, and residential assets in the city. During his 22-year career as a real estate developer, investor and banker Morgan has completed sixty-five projects in nine countries. As a senior executive with Morgan Stanley, Macquarie, Lend Lease, US-REIT Taubman Centers, and Rockefeller-owned Rose Rock, he has been involved in many iconic, multi-billion dollar deals encompassing retail, office, residential, hotel, industrial, tourism, convention, gaming, theme parks and golf. Morgan’s experience, reputation and thought-leadership has made him a sought-after industry commentator and propelled him to numerous board positions over the last decade.
