The Address Residence The BLVD
The Address Residence The BLVD is the first of a number of new towers under construction by Emaar Properties in Downtown Dubai. Construction has progressed well since the start of the year and is on target for completion in the second half of 2015. The Address Residence The BLVD will feature the same functional architectural planning, structure and MEP systems as the highly successful The Address Downtown Dubai, yet will employ its own unique façade and interior design aesthetic. The tower is poised to have direct views of Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building, and The Dubai Fountain, the world’s tallest performing fountain, as well as, city and sea views. An air conditioned metro link leads right from The Address Residence The BLVD to The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest shopping and entertainment destination, Emaar Square, and the Burj Khalifa/The Dubai Mall Metro Station.
