The building offers luxury residences of different types as well as gardens on floors, offering a view of the Bosphorus and Istanbul. 36 floors are reserved for residences and 3 floors for offices, built according to international qualified class-A building criteria. Remaining floors are reserved for retail, parking, entrance hall with lounge and gastronomy and Lifestyle/Concierge and Spa services.
As a Leed Gold designed building, the project introduces a new way of living for its residents, surrounded by 5,600 m² of green area and high-end technology.
Istanbloom is being built by Esin Yapi A.S., a co-investment by an investment arm of Globe International AG, an investment management and affiliate company of Swiss-based GT Group Family Office.
