Immochan is developing the Setubal shopping centre, which will be extended using the concept of Setubal Alegro to the Alegro Alfragide, a catchment area around Lisbon of 320,000 inhabitants.

After the expansion, the centre will cover 41,200 m², with a mall of 24,200 m² of GLA and 135 shops on three levels. It will also include cinemas, a fitness club, a climbing wall and children’s areas. It is scheduled to open in 2014.
