West Station complex is the first project carried out jointly by HB Reavis and PKP S.A. (Polish State Railways). It will be erected next to one of the city’s main thoroughfares. The entire investment will consist of a modern railway station Warszawa Zachodnia (West Station) and a high-class business complex including 2 thirteen-storey A-class office buildings with the total leasable area of 67,000 sq m. The West Station complex will be one of the most interesting office buildings in Warsaw. High-quality materials and modern technological and ecological solutions will ensure optimal conditions for office workers. The first office building will be commissioned in Q1 2016, with the second one following in H1 2018. The investment is planned to be BREEAM certified with ‘Excellent’ rating.
