Rebuilt on the same site where the previous Ocean Building (1974-2007) stood, the current Ocean Financial Centre (OFC) is the 4th generation building, carrying on the rich heritage of the Ocean brand-name since 1864 when the 1st Ocean building was erected.
Ocean Financial Centre is a landmark icon for Green Office Building in Singapore and the South East Asian Region, having been the 1st Office Building in Singapore to be awarded the Singapore’s Building & Construction Authority’s GreenMark Platinum certification, and the 1st Commercial Building in South-East Asia to be pre-certified the US Green Building Council LEED Platinum status.
