Blue Pool Road is a luxury residential development in Happy Valley, Hong Kong for which the traditional townhouse typology, successful in places like New York and London, was reinterpreted to align with contemporary Hong Kong society.
Nine houses, each with two individual units, are situated along a narrow site tucked between two contrasting physical conditions, an urban context and a natural, untouched hillside. Each unit provides roughly 5,000 SF (465 SM) of living space, including five bedrooms with five private bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room that faces a timber decked courtyard, living and family rooms, and a two car garage. Additional amenities include skylights and roof gardens, complete with raised decks and Jacuzzis.
