Chris Nesbitt, Broker, MSRE Candidate Chris grew up and went to undergraduate university on the East Coast of the United States and has lived and studied abroad. He will be representing The University of San Diego in California at MIPIM this year as a Candidate of the Master of Science in Real Estate Program. Rodney Bruce (rbruce@sandiego.edu) is born and raised in San Diego, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Northern Arizona University. After his undergraduate studies, Mr. Bruce spent the last several years in project management developing a professional career in the construction management industry having worked on large pubic improvement and commercial construction projects. Kurt Luedtke graduated from the University of Southern California in May 2014 with a B.S. in Business Administration and immediately relocated to Hong Kong and began working for the commodity trading firm Noble Group. He remained in Asia with Noble until May 2017 and then began a transition into real estate as a current graduate student in the University of San Diego's Masters in Real Estate program.  Kurt is fascinated with real estate development, acquisition, value add and asset management in emerging economies and endeavors to continue his career on the international stage after graduation in May 2018.3 Articles
