United Real Estate Company presents the Salalah Gardens Mall and Salalah Mall Residences project. Salalah Gardens Mall is the first mall in the city of Salalah, with a built up area of 86,074m². Salalah Gardens Mall and Salalah Mall Residences is a mixed-used project including a commercial as well as a hospitality component.
The mall will offer an extensive number of options for shopping, dining and entertainment under one roof. The mall will include a designated souq area for traditional Omani handicrafts, Salalah’s first modern multi-screen cinema complex and a spacious courtyard to host some of Salalah’s Khareef season festivities.
The residential part features studio, one– two– and three-bedroom serviced apartments with connecting doors to accommodate larger families. Salalah Mall Residences will be operated by a regional hotel management company, Safir International Hotels & Resorts, and will have facilities such as an outdoor pool, restaurants, lounges and children’s play areas. Salalah Gardens Mall is expected to be operational as of mid-2013.
