JV Partner: Hermes Investment Management and Countrywide
In June 2015, Hermes Investment Management and Countrywide plc launched Vista, a new UK residential property fund. Through the combination of these two complementary real estate companies, the fund is opening up the attractive UK Private Rented Sector (PRS) to institutional investors.
Amid growing demand, Vista will identify assets of the right quality and bring together investment, on-the-ground experience and contacts, to establish the UK’s pre-eminent UK PRS investment vehicle.
