The Silvertown development is a ￡3.5bn project, which will transform an area of the Royal London Docks into the new ‘Creative Capital’ for London as the city continues its shift East.
The 7million sq. ft. development will be transformed into a new part of the city, offering new commercial and brand spaces on a scale never seen before, along with 3,000 homes, leisure, culture, new parks and gardens and 1km of new water frontage.
Upon completion, the project will create up to 21,000 new jobs and will contribute ￡260m a year of gross value to the London economy.
