Nova Praga is a project of a living, business, recreational and entertainment town center. It is located close to the Warsaw ’s city center, in the middle of the newly redeveloping industrial quarter of Praga. The architectural project involves renovation of XIX-century buildings of former cosmetics factory “Pollena” – one of the oldest industrial schemes inWarsaw. The aim of the investment is to develop the potential of the neighborhood and create a new cultural and social center offering a range of activities to local society and tourists. Nova Praga will include apx. 20 000 m2 of shops, 6 000 m2 of restaurants (including2 000 m2 dedicated Food Market serving “slow food”), offices to let for start-ups, sport club with swimming pool and 1200m2of underground parking plot. The residential area located in the northern part of the investment will offer about 800 of apartments in the highest standard for urban living. The central point of the project is the Mediterranean- styled “piazetta” located around the big chimney of the former factory.
