Centrum Handlowe Góraszka
Presented by Immochan (France)
Immochan is presenting the Góraszka shopping centre which is composed of more than 200 shops. It is situated 20 km east of Warsaw. The project will mix entertainment, shopping, fun and relaxation in a catchment area of 800,000 inhabitants over a total area of 100,000 m², providing a breadth and quality of retail offering and services. Góraszka will provide a shopping experience in a new environment close to major highways and the natural world. It is scheduled to open in 2015.
Developed by ‘Polish Airports’ State Enterprise (PPL) on an area of 170,000 m², Chopin Airport City will reflect the worldwide trend of small building airport towns with commercial functions. The new office and retail complex, situated in the heart of Warsaw, and right next to the country’s largest airport, will be home to business venues. In the next ten years, the area along the main access road to Chopin Airport will be transformed into a modern business park with recreation and entertainment facilities. High standard office buildings, a conference centre, as well as Premium class hotels and recreation facilities, will be surrounded by greenery and ponds. The centrally-located park will offer business people, tourists and the community an opportunity to meet and relax. A convenient road system and direct train service will ensure comfortable transportation to the city centre and other parts of Poland. The principles of sustainable development will be applied to the entire project.
The Sipinski S project is designed by the Architecture Studio Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński. Visualisation of the new Tram Depot Gajowa, shows a tram hall revamped to the market. Inhabitants will be able go shopping in the conveniently situated, high quality marketplace. The entire project comprises three residential-service facilities, office-suite and market hall. Existing buildings on the site of the former depot – tram hall, administrative building and the “White House” – will be renovated. The complex is composed of 350 apartments ranging in size from 30 to 130 m² and service points. Every housing block is designed with balcony or terrace. Buildings will stand with glass balustrade balconies, glass screens and roofs. Shop’s windows are to be made in aluminum. The first stage of the project will include the construction of residential and commercial buildings.
