Presented by Baena Casamor Arquitectes BCQ(Spain)
Designed by BCQ arquitectura Barcelona, the Public Service Hall (PSH) is located between the streets of Zugdidi and the Central Park, in Zugdidi on a built area of 4,358 m². The volume presents a group of porches that can be crossed and guide pedestrians to the entrance of the PSH. The new PSH building is organised on three floors. On the ground floor, there are the front office, the Self Service Area, the Meeting Rooms and the main stairs. On the first floor, there is the back office and on the second floor the prosecutor’s offices. The design of large porches is conceived by glass with different degrees of transparency and different colors.
